To include the relocation of the additional location from 7400 Bay Road, Saginaw, MI 48710 to 6300 East State University Drive, Suite 324, Long Beach, CA 90815 within the institution's scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when instruction commences at the new location and of the date that instruction ceases at the former location by email to [email protected]. To require written evidence of review, including but not limited to required approvals from all outstanding licensing, regulatory, or other legal entities as necessary, including State of California Bureau for Private and Post-secondary Education by email to [email protected]. To note that Commission may rescind this action if instruction does not commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. To note the following additional locations were visited: (1) Saginaw Valley State University, Gilbertson Hall, 7400 Bay Road, Saginaw, MI 48710 and (2) 7F UTCC Building 21, 126/1, Vibhavadi Rangsit Rd, Khet Din Daeng, Bangkok, Thailand. To request a supplemental information report, due April 13, 2026, providing the fiscal year 2024 audited financial statements (Standard VI) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). To remind the institution of its obligation to submit annual audited financial statements with management letters in a timely manner. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2032-2033. - May 7, 2020

To temporarily waive Substantive Change Policy and Procedures and allow the use of distance education to accommodate students impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) interruptions. Continued use of distance education beyond the period of COVID-19 interruptions will require substantive change approval in accordance with Substantive Change Policy and Procedures. The institution is responsible for adhering to all applicable regulations of the country in which the institution and its students are located.
