The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) is a global enterprise that offers accreditation activities throughout the United States and globally, and its accredited institutions include main campuses, branch campuses, additional locations, or other instructional sites of an institution in the following jurisdictions.

United States

The Commission supports institutional accreditation activities in 46 states, the exceptions being Iowa, Kentucky, North Dakota, and South Dakota; two U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands); and the District of Columbia.
