    To acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of April 24, 2025. To note the follow-up team visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 6602 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215 on September 15-16, 2025. To request a supplemental information report, due April 13, 2026, providing further evidence of Standard I: Mission and Goals, Standard VI: Planning, Resources, and Institutional Improvement, and Standard VII: Governance, Leadership, and Administration (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). To remind the institution of its obligation to address the findings in the team report in the next self-study. To direct the institution to attend the spring 2026 Self-Study Institute in preparation for an evaluation visit in 2028-2029.

    To grant accreditation because the institution has met the requirements of the Addition or Change of Primary Accreditor to MSCHE Procedures. To note that the retroactive date of accreditation is March 9, 2023, in accordance with the federal regulation 34 CFR 602.18(b)(6). To invite the institution to initiate its first self-study in preparation for an evaluation visit in 2028-2029 under the Standards for Accreditation and Requirements of Affiliation (Fourteenth Edition) and Evidence Expectations by Standard. To request a supplemental information report, due August 4, 2025, providing written evidence of compliance with Standard III: Design and Delivery of the Student Learning Experience and Standard V: Educational Effectiveness Assessment. To direct a follow-up team visit following submission of the supplemental information report. To direct a Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission expectations. To note the Commission verifies the scope of accreditation as of the date that accreditation is granted. To note the following address is certified as the main campus: 6602 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215. To note the scope of accreditation includes the Postsecondary award (< 1 year), Postsecondary award (>=1 year, <2 years), and the Bachelor's Degree or equivalent credential levels. To note the scope of accreditation includes distance education. To note that any future changes to this scope of accreditation require Commission review and prior approval through substantive change (Substantive Change Policy and Procedures). To remind the institution that it must provide written documentation of its notification to the United States Department of Education Office of Federal Student Aid that it has updated its primary institutional accreditor designated as the gatekeeper for title IV funds through the Application for Approval to Participate in the Federal Student Financial Aid Programs (E-App). To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescind this action if any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the Commission's decision.

    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request a supplemental information report, due February 14, 2025, providing information on key data indicators (enrollment – FTE) from the 2024 Annual Institutional Update in accordance with federal regulation 34 CFR § 602.19 (c). To note the on-site Candidate Assessment Team Visit by the Commission's representatives on November 4, 2022 to the main campus at 6602 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215. To note that the United States Department of Education Office of Federal Student Aid determined reasonable cause for the change in accreditor and issued approval for the change in accreditor on September 30, 2022 pursuant to DCL ID GEN 22-11 updated September 26, 2022, and DCL ID GEN 22-10 dated July 19, 2022. To further note that the Commission has determined the institutional change of accrediting agency is voluntary pursuant to 34 C.F.R. § 602.14(a). To grant Candidate for Accreditation status. To invite the institution to initiate self-study in preparation for an evaluation visit in 2025-2026. To note that Candidate for Accreditation status is an indication that an institution is progressing toward, but is not assured of, accreditation. To note that the institution may not be in Candidacy for more than five years before the grant of accreditation in accordance with federal regulation 34 CFR § 602.16(a)(2). To note that the institution's baseline scope of candidate for accreditation includes the main campus location at 6602 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215. To note the institution's baseline scope of candidate for accreditation includes the Postsecondary award (< 1 year), Postsecondary award (>=1 year, <2 years), and the Bachelor's Degree or equivalent credential levels.
