To note the on-site evaluation visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 5575 South Semoran Boulevard, Suite 502, Orlando, FL 32822 on March 30-April 2, 2025. To note the following branch campus was visited: 5601 South Semoran Boulevard, Suite 55, Orlando, FL 32822. To request a supplemental information report, due September 1, 2026, providing further evidence of (1) organized and systematic assessments evaluating the extent of student achievement of institutional goals, including general education (Standard V) and (2) documentation of the structure, authority, and autonomy of the governing body (Standard VII and Related Entities Policy and Procedures). (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). To direct site visits immediately to the following locations: (1) 15201 NW 79th Court, Miami Lakes, FL 33016 and (2) 5225 Memorial Highway, Tampa, FL 33634. To remind the institution of its obligation to fully disclose required information for students and the public on its consumer information webpage, including but not limited to institution-wide assessments, graduation, retention, certification, and licensure or licensing board pass rates (Standard II, Ethics and Integrity; Verification of Compliance - Required Information for Students and federal regulation 34 CFR 668.43 and 668.45; Public Disclosures Policy and Procedures). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2032-2033.
