To recognize the Bachelor of Science in Business Management as the institution's first competency-based education (CBE) /direct assessment (100%) program. To approve the institution's general approach to CBE, its credit-hour equivalency methodologies for the program, and to include the program within the scope of the institution's accreditation effective upon receipt of approval by the U.S. Department of Education. To request that the self-study, in preparation for the 2017-2018 evaluation visit, document further development and implementation of (1) financial planning and budgeting processes that are aligned with mission, goals and long-range planning, are based on realistic enrollment targets, and incorporate the use of assessment results in the program (Standard 3); (2) adequate information and decision-making systems to support the work of administrative leaders in the program (Standard 5); and, (3) ongoing assessment of student success in the program, including but not limited to retention, and that includes the development of an appropriate transcript for students (Standard 8). To further remind of the progress report, due October 1, 2015, providing detailed terms of the institution's debt refinancing (Standard 3). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2017-2018.

Calle Principal Federico Degetau, Caguas, PR, 00726 and to provisionally include the new location within the scope of the institution's accreditation pending a site visit within six months of commencing operations. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at the additional location. In the event that operations at the additional location do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse. The initial evaluation visit is scheduled for 2012-2013.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request, and to include the associate degree in Physical Therapy within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution that Candidate for Accreditation status is an indication that the institution is progressing toward, but is not assured of, accreditation.
