Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to reject the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of June 27, 2024, because it provided limited responses to requested information and did not present evidence and analysis in a manner conducive to Commission review. To require resubmission of the supplemental information report, due June 1, 2025, providing further evidence (1) that in all activities, whether internal or external, the institution is faithful to its mission and represents itself truthfully, including communications about the institution's branch campus content on Nexus University's website, and social media posts (Standard II and Public Disclosures Policy and Procedures); (2) of documentation of accurate representation of MSCHE accreditation status for all locations and educational offerings, including for the institution's branch campus, Nexus University (Standard II, Communication in the Accreditation Process Policy and Procedures, Public Disclosures Policy and Procedures, Verification of Compliance - Standing with State or Other Accrediting Agencies, and federal regulations 34 CFR § 668. 43 and § 602.23(d)); (3) of degree-granting authority from all licensing, regulatory, or other legal entities as necessary, including the Chilean Superintendency of Higher Education, for all credential levels included in the scope of the institution's accreditation (Standard II, Verification of Compliance - Standing with State or Other Accrediting Agencies, and federal regulations 34 CFR § 668. 43 and § 602.23(d)); and (4) of description of the legally constituted governance structure, including a diagram that clearly conveys the governance structure of the institution and clearly identifies any related entities and all levels of ownership that are legally responsible for the institution (Standard VII). To remind the institution that it must communicate with the Commission in English, both orally and in writing, including all accreditation materials to support the multi-level accreditation decision-making process (Requirement of Affiliation 4).
