    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request that the institution complete and submit for approval, by April 30, 2025, a comprehensive, implementable teach-out plan for all students affected by the College's decision to voluntarily withdraw the accreditation of the RN-BSN program from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) (Teach-Out Plans and Agreements Policy and Procedures). In accordance with Commission policy and federal regulations, the teach-out plan must provide for the equitable treatment of students to complete their education and include any teach-out agreements that the institution has entered into or intends to enter into with another institution. To remind the institution that the monitoring report should include, but not be limited to, documentation of an organized, systematic and sustained process to assess the achievement of student learning in all programs that foster student learning and development, including the use of direct measures (Standard 14). A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. In addition, it is the Commission's continuing position that the institution must come into compliance with the Commission's Policy on Advertising, Student Recruitment, and Representation of Accredited Status. To therefore request a monitoring report, due January 8, 2016, documenting the institution's compliance with this policy, including implementation of sufficient controls in place ensuring that (1) independent contractors or agents used by the institution for recruiting purposes are governed by the same principles as institutional admissions officers; (2) student recruitment of international students is conducted by admissions and recruitment officers whose credentials, purposes, and position or affiliation with the institution are clearly specified; and, (3) inducements or other offerings to agencies or individual persons in exchange for international student enrollment are prohibited (Standard 6). In addition, to request that the monitoring report provide (4) further documentation concerning the implementation of the Graduate Curricular Practical Training (CPT) program, including but not limited to clarification of the nature of the program, enrollments, and assessment of student services and faculty resources necessary to sustain the program (Standard 11). The date of the Periodic Review Report will be established when accreditation is reaffirmed.
