  • April 29, 2021
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the other instructional site at 500 First Street, Napa, CA 94559 to an additional location within the institution's scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when the change is implemented. To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescind approval of this substantive change if any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the Commission's decision and/or the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

    To acknowledge receipt of documentation of approval from New York State Education Department.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the second alternative delivery method-distance education program (BBA in Food Business Leadership) within the institution's scope of accreditation. To require written evidence of approvals from all necessary licensing, regulatory, or other legal entities as necessary, including the New York State Education Department (NYSED). To note that the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action.

To request that, beginning in 2020 and in conjunction with each Annual Institutional Update prior to the Mid-Point Peer Review in 2022, the institution provide further evidence of a clearly articulated and transparent governance structure that outlines roles, responsibilities, and accountability for decision making by faculty (Standard VII). To request a progress report, due April 1, 2014, documenting (1) further clarification of lines of organization and authority and the periodic assessment of the effectiveness of administrative structures and services (Standard 5), (2) further implementation of an organized and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve institutional effectiveness including student learning (Standard 7); and, (3) further development of admissions policies and criteria available to assist the prospective student in making informed decisions (Standard 8).
