    To acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of April 25, 2024. To require the institution to submit a supplemental information report, due June 20, 2025, providing: (1) an update on the implementation of the prison education program(s); (2) submission of the best interest determination required by federal regulation, including the methodology used by the oversight entity; and (3) the data indicators used in the best interest determination. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2028-2029.

    To acknowledge receipt of the Complex Substantive Change Preliminary Review Form. To note that the preliminary review was completed and the institution is not required to submit a complex substantive change request. To request a supplemental information report due January 6, 2025, providing an update on the status of the institution including verification and documentation of the impact of the transaction (Standard VI and Standard VII). To remind the institution of its obligation to immediately inform the Commission about any and all developments relevant to this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2028-2029.

    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to acknowledge receipt of written documentation from the United States Department of Education (USDE) that the institution is participating in the revised Second Chance Pell Experimental Sites Initiative (SCP ESI) and is authorized to access Title IV funding for students enrolled in an eligible program under the Experimental Sites Initiative (ESI).   To include the re-classification of the additional location at 1200 Mokychic Drive, Collegeville, PA 19426 to a Second Chance Pell Experimental Site. To note that the following programs are offered at the location: (1) Associate's degree in Liberal Studies and (2) Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies. To require the institution to submit a supplemental information report, due July 1, 2024, that provides an update on the specific milestones that demonstrate progress toward developing an approved Prison Education Program (PEP) as provided in the amended Program Participation Agreement (PPA), including: (1) signed written agreement with its correctional facility partner; (2) written evidence of the oversight entity's permission to offer the PEP at the correctional facility; and (3) written documentation of assurances that the oversight entity will provide the best interest determination for the proposed program and provide transfer and release data for students enrolled in the approved program(s) to the institution.  To direct a substantive change site visit as soon as practicable but no later than six months after the date of this action.  To note that the Commission may rescind this action at any time if the substantive change is not implemented or the institution's participation in the experiment is terminated by the United States Department of Education (USDE). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2028-2029.

To note that the institution hosted a virtual site visit in lieu of an on-site visit in accordance with the United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 17, 2020. To reaffirm accreditation. To note that a verification visit is required by USDE guidelines and will be conducted within a reasonable period of time following the virtual site visit. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2028-2029.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the written arrangement with Crozer Chester Medical Center, 100 W. Sproul Road, Suite 222 Springfield, PA 19064, to serve as a third-party provider of the Nurse Anesthesia Program, Doctor of Nursing Practice, within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescindthis actionif any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the Commission's decision and/or the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action.To note that the evaluation visit has occurred and will be acted upon by the Commission at the March meeting.

    To delay the On-Site Evaluation visit scheduled for Spring 2021 due to extraordinary circumstances related to coronavirus (COVID-19) interruptions and to continue accreditation. To note the institution remains accredited during a delay granted by the Commission. The Evaluation visit will be scheduled in accordance with Commission policy and procedures.

To include the relocation of the additional location from Graterford Prison, Route 29, Collegeville, PA 19426 to SCI Phoenix, 1200 Mokychic Drive, Collegeville, PA 19426 within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The Commission requires notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at the new location and the closure of the old location. Operations at the location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action.
