  • March 4, 2021
    To note that the Mid-Point Peer Review has been conducted. To request that the next self-study, in preparation for a visit in 2023-2024, provide further evidence of improved financial viability and sustainability (Standard VI).
  • January 4, 2021
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the additional location at Hammersteinerstrasse 50 79400 Kandern, Germany to an other instructional site within the institution's scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when the change is implemented. To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescind approval of this substantive change if any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the Commission's decision and/or the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.

    To acknowledge receipt of the monitoring report. To request that beginning in 2019 and in conjunction with each Annual Institution Update prior to the Mid-Point Peer Review in 2020, the institution provide further evidence of: (1) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of assessment processes utilized by the institution for the improvement of educational effectiveness (Standard V), (2) improved financial viability and sustainability (Standard VI); and (3) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of planning, resource allocation, institutional renewal, and availability of resources (Standard VI).

To note the institution's decision to close its additional location at Pan American Christian Academy, Rua Cassio de Campus, Nogueira 393, 04829-310 Sao Paulo Brazil. The Commission requires notification within thirty days of the closure of this additional location. To remind the institution of the Commission's request of March 2, 2017 for a monitoring report due September 1, 2018. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.

To include the first Associate's Degree Program (Associate of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies) within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution of the Commission's request of March 2, 2017 for a monitoring report due September 1, 2018. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.

To request a monitoring report, due September 1, 2018, documenting further steps taken (1) to strengthen the institution's short- and long-term finances (Standard VI) and (2) to demonstrate the use of assessment results to improve educational effectiveness (Standard V).     To note that an extension has been granted for the submission of a monitoring report, requested in the Commission's action of June 25, 2015, that provides evidence and documentation of ongoing institutional compliance with Standards 3, 7 and 14. The monitoring report is now due October 1, 2016.

    To reaffirm accreditation. To request a monitoring report, due September 1, 2016, documenting further development, implementation, and evidence of (1) steps taken to ensure the institution's short- and long-term financial viability and sustainability, including updated budget and enrollment projections (Standard 3) and (2) the integration of assessment efforts across all units and programs of the institution, with evidence that results are used to improve programs, services, planning, and the achievement of student learning outcomes (Standards 7 and 14). A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. To direct a prompt liaison guidance visit to discuss Commission expectations.The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2020.
