  • December 2, 2021
    To acknowledge receipt of the focused report. To note that the institution hosted a virtual focused team visit in lieu of an on-site visit in accordance with United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 17, 2020. To request that the next self-study, in preparation for a visit in 2023-2024, provide further evidence of adequate fiscal and human resources, including physical and technical infrastructure, to support operations (Standard VI).
  • March 4, 2021
    To note that the Mid-Point Peer Review has been conducted. To request a focused report, due September 1, 2021, providing further evidence of (1) improvement of key indicators of student success, including retention and graduation rates (Standard IV); (2) adequate fiscal and human resources, including physical and technical infrastructure, to support operations (Standard VI); and (3) improved financial viability and sustainability (Standard VI). To direct a focused team visit following submission of the focused report. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.

  • June 30, 2017
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To note the institution's decision to close its additional location at Towanda Weekender, 602 Main Street, Towanda, PA 18848. The Commission requires notification within thirty days of the closure of this additional location. To remind the institution of the Commission's request of November 17, 2016 for a progress report due April 1, 2018. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.

    To accept the progress report. To request a progress report, due October 1, 2016, documenting continued progress in implementing (1) the institutional strategic plan that links long-range planning to decision making and budgeting processes (Standard 2); (2) a documented, organized, and sustained institutional assessment process with evidence that assessment information is used in budgeting, planning, and allocating resources to improve programs and services (Standard 7); and (3) the comprehensive enrollment management plan (Standard 8). The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2019.
