To note that the institution hosted a virtual focused team visit in lieu of an on-site visit in accordance with United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 17, 2020. To request that the next self-study, in preparation for a visit in 2023-2024, provide further evidence of adequate fiscal and human resources, including physical and technical infrastructure, to support operations (Standard VI).

To request a focused report, due September 1, 2021, providing further evidence of (1) improvement of key indicators of student success, including retention and graduation rates (Standard IV); (2) adequate fiscal and human resources, including physical and technical infrastructure, to support operations (Standard VI); and (3) improved financial viability and sustainability (Standard VI). To direct a focused team visit following submission of the focused report. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.

To remind the institution of the Commission's request of November 17, 2016 for a progress report due April 1, 2018. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.

To direct a prompt Commission liaison visit to discuss Commission expectations. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2013-2014.
