    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request a supplemental information report, due April 13, 2026, providing information on key data indicators (financial health and federal financial responsibility) from the 2024 Annual Institutional Update (AIU) including (1) multi-year, long-range financial models that include realistic projections and the assumptions on which they are based, to support sustainable financial stability and (2) submission of the fiscal year 2024 audited financial statements and management letter. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2028-2029.
