To reaffirm accreditation. To note that a verification visit is required by USDE guidelines and will be conducted within a reasonable period of time following the virtual site visit. To note approval of the teach out agreements with Columbia Greene Community College, Hudson, NY; Southern Maine Community College, South Portland, ME; Gordon State College, Barnesville, GA; Northern Oklahoma College, Tonkowa, OK; Rivier University, Nashua, NH; Wiregrass Georgia Technical College, Valdosta, GA at the December 2, 2021, meeting. To approve the teach out agreements with Columbia Greene Community College, Hudson, NY; Southern Maine Community College, South Portland, ME; Gordon State College, Barnesville, GA; Northern Oklahoma College, Tonkowa, OK; Rivier University, Nashua, NH; Wiregrass Georgia Technical College, Valdosta, GA. To request an updated teach-out plan with teach-out agreements, due March 1, 2022, with (1) signed copies of any additional teach-out agreements, including any documentation supporting the agreements and (2) the status of the implementation of the teach-out plan and teach-out agreements. To note that students may obtain academic records at Excelsior College. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2021-2022.

To request that the institution complete and submit for approval, by March 1, 2021, a comprehensive, implementable teach-out plan for all students affected by the College's decision to voluntarily withdraw the accreditation of the associate nursing program from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) (Teach-Out Plans and Agreements Policy and Procedures). In accordance with Commission policy and federal regulations, the teach-out plan must provide for the equitable treatment of students to complete their education and include any teach-out agreements that the institution has entered into or intends to enter into with another institution.
