    To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To request a progress report, due September 1, 2018, documenting further steps taken to (1) periodically assess the effectiveness of enrollment management activities (Standard IV); (2) implement program review procedures in a timely manner (Standard V); (3) demonstrate that planning processes incorporate assessment results (Standard VI); and (4) periodically assess the effectiveness of administrative structures (Standard VII). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023 – 2024.

    To reaffirm accreditation. To request a monitoring report, due September 1, 2016, documenting further development, implementation, and evidence of (1) steps taken to ensure clear lines of organization and authority and to periodically assess the effectiveness of administrative structures and services (Standard 5); (2) a comprehensive, organized and sustained process for the assessment of institutional effectiveness with evidence that results are used in budgeting, planning and resource allocation (Standard 7); (3) an enrollment management plan to enhance recruitment, retention, marketing and student success (Standard 8); and (4) steps taken to promote a culture of assessment including policies and structures to support the role of part- and full-time faculty in the use of student learning assessment results to improve teaching and learning (Standard 14). To direct a prompt liaison guidance visit to discuss Commission expectations. A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2020.
