    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request a supplemental information report, due October 1, 2026, addressing the action taken by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) and providing additional information on Standard III: Design and Delivery of the Student Learning Experience, Standard IV: Support of the Student Experience, and Standard V: Educational Effectiveness Assessment. To remind the institution of its obligation to inform the Commission about any and all developments related to this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2029-2030.

To reaffirm accreditation. To note that a verification visit is required by USDE guidelines and will be conducted within a reasonable period of time following the virtual site visit.
