To request a supplemental information report, due August 3, 2026, providing further evidence of (1) a grievance policy that is documented and disseminated to address complaints or grievances raised by students, faculty or staff (Standard II) and (2) a climate that fosters respect among students, faculty, staff, and administration (Standard II)(Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standards). To direct a follow-up team visit. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2031-2032.

To note the follow-up team visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 66 West 12th Street, New York, NY 10011 on September 8-9, 2025. To reaffirm accreditation because the institution is now in compliance with Standard V (Educational Effectiveness Assessment) and Standard VI (Planning, Resources, and Institutional Improvement). To request a monitoring report, due March 1, 2026, demonstrating sustainability of implemented corrective measures and further evidence of (1) organized and systematic assessments, conducted by faculty and/or appropriate professionals, evaluating the extent of student achievement of institutional and degree/program goals (Standard V); (2) documentation of an implemented, systematic, and sustained institutional assessment process linking the assessment and evaluation process to budgeting, planning and resource allocation (Standard VI); and (3) fiscal and human resources as well as the physical and technical infrastructure adequate to support its operations wherever and however programs are delivered (Standard VI). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2031--2032.

The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2031-2032.

    To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To note the on-site evaluation visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 66 West 12th Street, New York, NY 10011 on April 28-May 1, 2024. To note the following branch campus was visited: Paris 45, Rue Saint Roch, Paris 75001 France. To warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard V (Educational Effectiveness Assessment) and Standard VI (Planning, Resources, and Institutional Improvement). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To note further that federal regulations limit the period during which an institution may be in non-compliance, which starts on November 21, 2024. To request a monitoring report, due August 1, 2025, demonstrating evidence that all locations of the institution have achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance with Standard V and Standard VI including but not limited to (1) clearly stated student learning outcomes at the institution and degree/program levels, which are interrelated with one another, with relevant educational experiences, and with the institution's mission (Standard V); (2) organized and systematic assessments, conducted by faculty and/or appropriate professionals, evaluating the extent of student achievement of institutional and degree/program goals (Standard V); (3) consideration and use of disaggregated assessment results for all student populations for the improvement of student learning outcomes, student achievement, and institutional and program-level educational effectiveness (Standard V); (4) documentation of an implemented, systematic, and sustained institutional assessment process linking the assessment and evaluation process to budgeting, planning and resource allocation (Standard VI); (5) fiscal and human resources as well as the physical and technical infrastructure adequate to support its operations wherever and however programs are delivered (Standard VI); and (6) a record of responsible fiscal management, including preparing a multi-year budget and the fiscal year 2023 annual independent audit, confirming financial viability and proper internal financial controls, with evidence of corrective measures taken to address any material findings cited in the audit or an accompanying management letter (Standard VI) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard). To direct a follow-up team visit following submission of the monitoring report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss Commission expectations. To remind the institution of its obligation to provide to the Commission timely and accurate financial audits. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2031-2032.
