To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To note the on-site evaluation visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 330 Powell Avenue, Newburgh, NY 12550 on March 15-18, 2026. To note the following additional location was visited: 200 Quick Road, Wallkill, NY 12589. To warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard VI (Planning, Resources, and Institutional Improvement) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To note further that federal regulations limit the period during which an institution may be in non-compliance, which started on June 25, 2026. To request a monitoring report, due February 16, 2027, demonstrating evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance with Standard VI, including but not limited to: (1) multi-year, long-range financial models that include realistic projections and the assumptions on which they are based and are linked to the institution's strategic plan (Standard VI) and (2) evidence of documented financial resources, funding base, and plans for financial development adequate to support its educational purposes and programs and to ensure financial stability (Standard VI) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). To direct a follow-up team visit following submission of the monitoring report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss Commission expectations. The date of the next evaluation will be determined upon reaffirmation of accreditation. - June 17, 2020
To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the additional location at 200 Quick Road, Wallkill, New York, 12589 within the institution's scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when instruction commences at the additional location. To direct a substantive change site visit as soon as practicable but no later than six months after the commencement of instruction at the additional location. To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescind approval of this substantive change if any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the Commission's decision and/or the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026. - June 21, 2018
To reaffirm accreditation. To request that, beginning in 2019 and in conjunction with each Annual Institutional Update prior to the Mid-Point Peer Review in 2022, the institution provide further evidence of (1) evidence-based budgeting and planning processes that are aligned with the institution's mission and strategic plan (Standard VI), and (2) clearly articulated and transparent governance structure that outlines roles, responsibilities, and accountability for decision making by each constituency (Standard VII). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026. - December 12, 2014
