Box 5002, Rockville Centre, NY 11571 on March 26-29, 2023. To note the following additional location was visited: 30 Hempstead Ave, Rockville Center, NY 11570. To reaffirm accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2030-2031.

To include the relocation of the additional location at 7180 Grumman Ln., Farmingdale, NY 11735 to 1100 North Broadway, Amityville, NY 11701 within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note that written evidence of necessary approvals has been provided. To require immediate notification when instruction commences at the new location and of the date that instruction ceases at the former location. To note the Commission may rescind this action if instruction does not commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023.
