To remove the warning because the institution is now in compliance with Standard 7 (Institutional Assessment) and Standard 14 (Assessment of Student Learning) and to reaffirm accreditation. To request a progress report, due April 1, 2017, documenting further implementation of an organized and sustained assessment process for institutional effectiveness and student learning that: (1) includes use of direct measures; (2) is used to evaluate and improve programs, services and processes; (3) provides convincing evidence that students are achieving key learning outcomes; and (4) integrates assessment results into planning, budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
