    To acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of November 20, 2025. To note the follow-up team visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 400 South Orange Avenue, South Orange, NJ 07079 on January 29, 2026. To request a supplemental information report, due January 8, 2027, providing further evidence of (1) periodic assessment of ethics and integrity as evidenced in institutional policies, processes, practices, and the manner in which these are implemented (Standard II); (2) compliance with all applicable government laws and regulations (Standard II); and (3) internal or external investigations related to lawsuits (Standard II and Standard VII) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). To remind the institution of its obligation to make freely available to the Commission accurate, fair, and complete information on all aspects of the institution and its operations, including making institutional representatives and additional information available to Commission representatives when requested (Accreditation Review Cycle and Monitoring Policy and Procedures and Follow-Up Reports and Visits Procedures). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2031-2032.

    To acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of June 30, 2025. To request a supplemental information report, due January 16, 2026, providing evidence of (1)  a climate that fosters respect among students, faculty, staff, and administration from a range of diverse backgrounds, ideas, and perspectives (Standard II); (2) periodic assessment of ethics and integrity as evidenced in institutional policies, processes, practices, and the manner in which these are implemented (Standard II); (3) athletic, student life, and other extracurricular activities that are regulated by the same academic, fiscal, and administrative principles and procedures that govern all other programs (Standard IV and Athletic Programs and Guidelines); (4) a clearly articulated and transparent governance structure that outlines roles, responsibilities, and accountability for inclusive decision making by each constituency, including the institution's legally constituted governing body and any related entities (Standard VII); (5) that the board ensures the integrity of the institution without undue influence that interferes with governance responsibilities (Standard VII); (6) that the board is informed in all its operations by principles of good practice in board governance (Standard VII); and (7) information regarding any internal or external investigations including any copies of reports and findings (Standard II and Standard VII). To remind the institution of its obligation to make freely available to the Commission accurate, fair, and complete information on all aspects of the institution and its operations, including making institutional representatives and additional information available to the Commission representatives when requested (Accreditation Review Cycle and Monitoring Policy and Procedures and Follow-Up Reports and Visits Procedures). To direct a follow-up team visit following submission of the supplemental information report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2031-2032.

To request a supplemental information report, due August 1, 2025, providing further evidence of (1) a climate that fosters respect among students, faculty, staff, and administration from a range of diverse backgrounds, ideas, and perspectives (Standard II); (2) a grievance policy that is documented and disseminated to address complaints or grievances raised by students, faculty, or staff, to include evidence that grievances are addressed promptly, appropriately, and equitably (Standard II); (3) compliance with all applicable government laws and regulations (Standard II); and (4) internal or external investigations related to lawsuits (Standard II and Standard VII) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). To remind the institution of its obligation to make freely available to the Commission accurate, fair, and complete information on all aspects of the institution and its operations, including making additional information available to the Commission representatives when requested (Standard VII and Accreditation Review Cycle and Monitoring Policy and Procedures).
