    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to note the Commission liaison guidance visit occurred on July 30, 2026. To remind the institution of the Commission request of June 25, 2026, for a monitoring report due September 8, 2026. The next evaluation visit will be determined upon reaffirmation of accreditation.
  • June 25, 2026
    To acknowledge receipt of the monitoring report. To note the follow-up team visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 900 College Circle, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 on April 20-22, 2026. To note the institution is now in compliance with Standard II (Ethics and Integrity). To continue to warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard VII (Governance, Leadership, and Administration). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To note further that federal regulations limit the period during which an institution may be in non-compliance, which started on November 20, 2025. To request a monitoring report, due September 8, 2026, demonstrating evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance with Standard VII (Governance, Leadership, and Administration), including but not limited to (1) documentation that the legally constituted governing body consistently demonstrates primary responsibility to the accredited institution, meets regularly, and ensures that political or financial relationships, or other undue influences, do not interfere with their governing responsibilities (Standard VII) and (2) a chief executive officer who has the authority and autonomy required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, including developing and implementing institutional plans, staffing the organization, identifying and allocating resources, and directing the institution toward attaining goals and objectives set forth in its mission (Standard VII). To request that the monitoring report also include further evidence of (1) a climate that fosters respect among faculty, staff, and administration from a range of diverse backgrounds, ideas, and perspectives (Standard II); (2) documentation that the institution's policies and procedures ensure ongoing consistent ethical behavior and are followed (Standard II); and (3) compliance with all applicable government laws and regulations (Standard II). To direct a follow-up team visit following submission of the monitoring report. To direct the follow-up team site visit to include the following additional location: 1 High Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss Commission expectations. The date of the next evaluation will be  determined upon reaffirmation of accreditation.

    To acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of March 17, 2025. To note the follow-up team visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 900 College Circle, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 on August 26-27, 2025. To warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard II (Ethics and Integrity) and Standard VII (Governance, Leadership, and Administration). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To note further that federal regulations limit the period during which an institution may be in non-compliance, which starts on November 20, 2025. To remind the institution of its obligation to make freely available to the Commission accurate, fair, and complete information on all aspects of the institution and its operations, including making institutional representatives and additional information available to the Commission representatives (Accreditation Review Cycle and Monitoring Policy and Procedures and Follow-Up Reports and Visits Procedures). To direct a follow-up team visit following submission of the monitoring report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss Commission expectations. The date of the next evaluation will be determined upon reaffirmation of accreditation.

To direct a prompt follow-up team visit. To remind the institution of its obligations in reporting to the Commission (Communication in the Accreditation Process Policy and Procedures). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2027-2028.

To note that the institution hosted a virtual site visit in lieu of an on-site visit in accordance with United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 17, 2020. To reaffirm accreditation because the institution is now in compliance with Standard II (Ethics and Integrity), Standard VI (Planning, Resources, and Institutional Improvement), and Requirement of Affiliation 5. To request a monitoring report, due March 1, 2021, demonstrating sustainability of implemented corrective measures and further evidence of (1) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of all institutional policies and procedures and the manner in which they are implemented (Standard II), and (2) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of planning, resource allocation, institutional renewal, and availability of resources (Standard VI). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2027-2028.
