  • June 25, 2020
    To acknowledge receipt of the monitoring report.  To note that the institution hosted a virtual site visit in lieu of an on-site visit in accordance with United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 17, 2020. To reaffirm accreditation because the institution is now in compliance with Standard II (Ethics and Integrity), Standard VI (Planning, Resources, and Institutional Improvement), and Requirement of Affiliation 5. To request a monitoring report, due March 1, 2021, demonstrating sustainability of implemented corrective measures and further evidence of (1) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of all institutional policies and procedures and the manner in which they are implemented (Standard II), and (2) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of planning, resource allocation, institutional renewal, and availability of resources (Standard VI). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2027-2028.

    To note the commission liaison guidance visit occurred on September 19, 2019. To remind the institution of the Commission's request of June 27, 2019 for a monitoring report due March 1, 2020. Upon reaffirmation of accreditation, the next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2027-2028.
  • November 21, 2019
    To note the substantive change site visit occurred on September 19, 2019 to the additional location at the Mount Holly Campus at 1 High Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060, and the information provided in the substantive change request was verified. To remind the institution of the Commission's request of June 27, 2019 for a monitoring report due March 1, 2020. Upon reaffirmation of accreditation, the next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2027-2028.
  • October 29, 2019
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the additional location at The Willingboro Center, 300 Willingboro Parkway, Suite 1, Willingboro, NJ 08046 to an other instructional site within the institution’s scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when the change is implemented. To note that the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2027-2028.

    To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To note the visit by the Commission’s representatives. To warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard II (Ethics and Integrity), Standard VI (Planning, Resources, and Institutional Improvement), and Requirement of Affiliation 5. To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To note further that federal regulations limit the period during which an institution may be in non-compliance to two years. To request a monitoring report due, March 1, 2020, demonstrating evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance, including but not limited to (1) compliance with all applicable federal, state, and Commission policies and regulations, (Standard II and Requirement of Affiliation 5); (2) clearly stated unit-level objectives that are linked to mission and reflect conclusions drawn from assessment results (Standard VI); (3) financial planning and budget processes that are aligned with mission, goals and objectives and are evidence-based (Standard VI); and (4) adequate fiscal and human resources, including physical and technical infrastructure, to support operations (Standard VI). To direct a follow-up team visit following submission of the monitoring report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. Upon reaffirmation of accreditation, the next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2027-2028.

    To note the substantive change site visit occurred at the relocated main campus at 900 College Circle, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 and the information provided in the substantive change request was verified. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2018-2019.

    To note the visit by the Commission’s representative. To affirm inclusion of the relocation of the main campus from 601 Pemberton Browns Mills Road, Pemberton, NJ 08068 to 900 College Circle, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 and to include the new campus within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2018-2019.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the other instructional site at the Mount Holly Center, 1 High Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060 as an additional location and to include the location within the scope of the institution’s accreditation. To direct a site visit within six months of the commencement of operations as an additional location. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations as an additional location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2018-2019.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include within the scope of the institution's accreditation the relocation of the main campus from 601 Pemberton Browns Mills Road, Pemberton, NJ 08068 to 900 College Circle, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054, and to include provisionally the new location pending a site visit within six months of the commencement of operations. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at the new location and the closure of the old location. Operations at the new location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2018-2019.
