This webinar is intended for those who want to learn more about approaches to assessing online administrative and student services through self-assessment and peer institutional consults. The expert panel, which includes a representative from SUNY Empire State College and others, will review instruments such as those available through the Online Learning Consortium and the OSCAR rubric. Panelists will also share common challenges and best practice improvements that have been the result of our work with multiple types of institutions.Ā Panelists are the authors of āOnline Student Services Optimize Success and Engagement for all Studentsā in the book, Leading the eLearning Transformation of Higher Education.Ā Brown and Strigle are the co-creators of the OLC Scorecard for Online Student Services.
