To include the anticipated change in ownership of the University’s parent (Laureate Education) within the scope of the institution’s accreditation. To require notification when the sale of shares representing more than 10% of Laureate stock occurs. To require a supplemental information report due September 1, 2019, documenting evidence of: (1) (a) the majority shareholders of both Class A and Class B stock of Laureate at the time of the report; (b) changes in the Laureate board of directors membership that may have resulted from a change in ownership; (c) changes, if any, to the composition of the Member’s Assembly and UNAB Board of Directors resulting from the change in ownership of Laureate; (d) changes, if any, to the University’s by-laws, policies or operating procedures resulting from the change in ownership of Laureate (Standard VII and Requirement of Affiliation 12, 13 & 14); (2) no conflicts of interest between the new majority shareholders and the institution (Standard II and Requirement of Affiliation 12 & 13); and (3) changes, if any, to the financial relationship between UNAB and its parent corporations that resulted from the change in ownership of Laureate (Standard VI and Requirement of Affiliation 11). To direct a site visit is within six months of the commencement of operations. The Commission requires written notification within 30 days that the site cease to operate as the main campus and commencement of operation as an additional location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2019-2020.

To include within the scope of the institution's accreditation the relocation of the main campus from Campus República, República Street No. 237, Santiago, Chile to Campus Casona, Fernández Concha Street No. 700, Santiago, Chile.
