    To acknowledge receipt of the candidate assessment report. To grant Candidate for Accreditation status and invite the institution to initiate its first self-study in preparation for an evaluation visit in 2027-2028 under the Standards for Accreditation and Requirements of Affiliation (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard). To remind the institution of its obligation to address the findings in the Candidate Readiness Assessment Team Report in its self-study. To remind the institution of its obligation to submit annual audited financial statements with management letters in a timely manner. To direct a Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss Commission expectations. To note that Candidate for Accreditation status is an indication that an institution is progressing toward, but is not assured of, accreditation. To note that the institution may not be in candidacy for more than five years before the grant of accreditation in accordance with federal regulation 34 CFR 602.16(a)(2). To note the Commission establishes the baseline scope of accreditation as of the date that candidate for accreditation status is granted. To note the visit on April 10-11, 2025, to the main campus and the following address is certified as the main campus: 1407 Robinson Rd., Mohawk, NY 13407. To include the following credential levels within the baseline scope of accreditation: Postsecondary Award/Certificate/Diploma (>=1 year, <2 years); Postsecondary Award/Certification/Diploma (>2 years, <=4 years); Bachelor's degree or equivalent; and Master's degree or equivalent. To note that any future changes to this scope of accreditation require Commission review and prior approval through substantive change (Substantive Change Policy and Procedures). To note that the grant of Candidate for Accreditation status does not include participation by the institution in Title IV, HEA programs, at the request of the institution in accordance with 34 CFR 602.16(b). To remind the institution of its obligation to notify the Commission of any change in status regarding future participation in Title IV, HEA programs. To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescind this action if any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the decision of the Commission.

    To acknowledge receipt of the pre-applicant minimum requirements report. To note the Pre-Applicant On-Site Team Visit to the main campus location at 1407 Robinson Road, Mohawk, NY 13407 occurred on January 5, 2024, and the information included in the pre-applicant minimum requirements report has been verified. To allow the institution to submit an application for Candidate for Accreditation Status because the pre-applicant institution appears to meet the minimum requirements, appears to demonstrate the readiness to continue in the accreditation process, has provided sufficient evidence, and the institution is not otherwise disqualified from proceeding with the pre-application process based on the report and evidence submitted, including the areas addressed in the Required Disclosures and Certification Statement. To note that the institution should submit a Letter of Intent to apply for Candidate for Accreditation Status within six months of the date of this action. To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescind this action if any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the Commission's decision.
