To note that the Mid-Point Peer Review has been conducted. To request that, beginning in 2021 and in conjunction with each Annual Institutional Update prior to the self-study visit in 2023-2024, the institution provide further evidence of (1) strategies to address enrollment decline (Standard VI) and (2) improved financial viability and sustainability (Standard VI). - January 4, 2021
To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include alternative delivery method-distance education within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescind approval of this substantive change if any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the Commission's decision and/or the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024. - April 16, 2020
To acknowledge receipt of formal written notice from the institution in response to the Commission's request of March 9, 2020. To temporarily waive Substantive Change Policy and Procedures and allow the use of distance education to accommodate students impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) interruptions, in accordance with United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 5, 2020. Continued use of distance education beyond the limitations of USDE guidelines will require substantive change approval in accordance with Substantive Change Policy and Procedures. This flexibility is not available for clock-hour courses that lead to licensure if the licensing body will not accept distance learning courses or hours or give credit for them toward the number of hours a student must complete. To request a progress report, due April 1, 2019, documenting further evidence of (1) the consideration and use of assessment results for the improvement of educational effectiveness (Standard V), and (2) fiscal resources adequate to support institutional operations (Standard VI). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023 - 2024. - June 25, 2015

To request a monitoring report, due April 1, 2017, documenting further development, implementation, and evidence of (1) steps taken to ensure the institution's short- and long-term financial viability and sustainability (Standard 3), (2) assessment of the effectiveness of new governance structures (Standard 4), (3) the use of assessment findings to support strategic planning and institutional renewal (Standard 7), and (4) assessment of the new curriculum, including clear and convincing evidence that students are achieving key institutional and program learning goals (Standard 14). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To further remind the institution of the monitoring report, due November 1, 2011, documenting the development and implementation of a comprehensive, organized and sustainable process for the assessment of institutional effectiveness, including evidence that assessment information is used to improve budgeting, planning and resource allocation (Standard 7). In addition, to request a review of the institution's enrollment management plan and the utilization of information relevant to student recruitment, retention, marketing and advertising (Standard 8). A team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. The next evaluation visit remains scheduled for 2014-2015 pending Commission acceptance of the monitoring report. - November 18, 2010

In addition, to request a review of the institution's enrollment management plan and the utilization of information relevant to student recruitment, retention, marketing and advertising (Standard 8). To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations for reporting. A team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. The next evaluation visit remains scheduled for 2014-2015 pending Commission acceptance of the monitoring report.
