To note that the substantive change visit to the main campus at 421 N. 7th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123 occurred on October 5, 2022, and the information provided in the substantive change request was verified. To note that the institution hosted a virtual site visit in lieu of an on-site visit in accordance with the United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 17, 2020. To note that a verification visit is required by USDE guidelines and will be conducted within a reasonable period of time following the virtual site visit. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026. - September 3, 2019
To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the relocation of the main campus from 200 N. Main Street, Hatfield, PA 19440 to 421 N. 7th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123 within the institution's scope of accreditation. To direct a substantive change site visit as soon as practicable but no later than six months after the commencement of instruction at the new main campus. To require immediate notification when the change is implemented. To note the Commission may rescind this action if instruction at the new location does not commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. To request a monitoring report, due November 1, 2013, documenting (1) the development and implementation of a long-term financial plan and steps taken to further improve the institution's short and long-term financial viability and sustainability (Standard 3); (2) steps taken to strengthen the institutional research capability to support institutional assessment activities and decision-making (Standard 7); and (3) evidence of progress in the implementation of a documented process to assess the achievement of institutional student learning goals (Standard 14). To further request that the monitoring report also document implementation of (1) an organized and sustainable assessment process to improve institutional effectiveness, with evidence that assessment information is used in budgeting, planning and resource allocation to gain efficiencies in programs, services and processes (Standard 7) and (2) an organized and sustainable process to assess achievement of expected student learning outcomes in all programs, with evidence that assessment information is used to improve teaching and learning (Standard 14). A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. To note that the date of the next evaluation will be established when accreditation is reaffirmed. - November 17, 2011

To provisionally include the additional location located at 4455 N. 6th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140, within the scope of the institution's accreditation pending a site visit within six months of commencing operations at the site. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at the additional location. In the event that operations at the additional location do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse.
