  • April 30, 2020
    To grant a delay of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of November 21, 2019 and due September 1, 2020, because of extraordinary circumstances related to coronavirus (COVID-19) interruptions. The report is now due December 1, 2020. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2026-2027.
  • November 21, 2019
    To acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report. To request a supplemental information report due, September 1, 2020, addressing any and all significant developments related to the action of March 14, 2019 (Requirement of Affiliation 5). To remind the institution of its obligation to inform the Commission immediately about any and all significant developments relevant to this action (Requirement of Affiliation 14). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2026-2027.
  • September 3, 2019
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To note the institution’s decision to close the additional location at Brooklyn Location, 255 Duffield Street, Brooklyn, NY 12201. To require immediate notification when instruction ceases at the additional location. To note that the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2026-2027.

    To acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report. To request a supplemental information report, due October 1, 2019, addressing any and all significant developments related to any investigations conducted by the institution or by state, federal, or other government agencies related to the Commission’s action of November 16, 2018 (Requirement of Affiliation 5). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2026-2027.
  • November 16, 2018
    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request a supplemental information report, due December 14, 2018, addressing recent developments at the institution which may have implications for current and future compliance with Standard II: Ethics and Integrity and Standard IV: Support of the Student Experience.

    To reaffirm accreditation. To commend the institution on the quality of the self study process. To request that, beginning in 2019 and in conjunction with each Annual Institutional Update prior to the Mid-Point Peer Review in 2023, the institution provide further evidence of (1) the periodic assessment of the relevancy and effectiveness of the institution's mission and goals (Standard I) and (2) organized and systematic assessments which evaluate the extent of student achievement (Standard V). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2026-2027.

To remind the institution of the progress report, due October 1, 2015, documenting further implementation of (1) an organized and sustainable assessment process to improve institutional effectiveness (Standard 7) and (2) an organized and sustainable process to assess achievement of expected student learning outcomes in all programs, with evidence that assessment information is used to improve teaching and learning (Standard 14). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2017-2018.

The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at this additional location. In the event that operations at this additional location do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse. The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2013.
