To request that, beginning in 2019 and in conjunction with each Annual Institutional Update prior to the Mid-Point Peer Review in 2023, the institution provide further evidence of (1) accurately described academic programs and outcomes that enable students to understand and follow program requirements and time to completion (Standard III); (2) the development and implementation of organized and systematic assessments that evaluate the extent of student achievement in all programs (Standard V); (3) financial planning and budget processes that are aligned with mission, goals and objectives and are evidence-based (Standard VI); and, (4) a governing body that provides oversight at the policy level and is informed in all its operations by principles of good practice in board governance and engages in the periodic assessment of governance (Standard VII).The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026. - June 22, 2017

To request a supplemental information report, due October 6, 2014, addressing the following issues: (1) a conflict of interest policy for the governing body (and fiduciary body members, if such a body exists), which addresses matters such as remuneration, contractual relationships, employment, family, financial or other interests that could pose conflicts of interest, and that assures that those interests are disclosed and that they do not interfere with the impartiality of governing body members or outweigh the greater duty to secure and ensure the academic and fiscal integrity of the institution (Standard 4); (2) policies and procedures that ensure sound ethical practices including the avoidance of conflict of interest or the appearance of such conflict in all its activities and among all its constituents (Standard 6); and (3) periodic assessment of the integrity evidenced in institutional policies, processes, practices, and the manner in which these are implemented (Standard 6). To further request that the Commission be informed about any and all significant developments related to any investigation(s) into the matter of ethics violations by the trustees of the College. Copies of the report(s) that follow from any investigations must be submitted to the Commission within 10 business days of their completion. - November 21, 2013
To accept the Periodic Review Report, to reaffirm accreditation, and to commend the institution for the quality of the Periodic Review Report. To request a monitoring report, due September 1, 2014, documenting further implementation of (1) adequate institutional controls with rational and consistent policies and procedures in place to determine allocation of assets (Standard 3) and (2) a comprehensive, organized, and sustained process for the assessment of institutional effectiveness, including student learning, with evidence that assessment information is used in budgeting and planning (Standards 7, 12 and 14).
