To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To reaffirm accreditation. To note the on-site evaluation visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 110 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14203 on March 22-25, 2026. To note the following branch campuses were visited: (1) 8141 Hull Street Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23235; (2) 12955 Snow Road, Parma, OH 44130; (3) 953 James Street, Syracuse, NY 13203; (4) 301 Centre Pointe Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23462; (5) 1259 Central Avenue, Albany, NY 12205; and (6) 854 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14612. To note the following additional locations were visited: (1) 7805 Oswego Road, Liverpool, NY 13090; (2) 1225 Jefferson Road, Rochester, NY 14623; (3) 200 Redtail, Orchard Park, NY 14127; and (4) 3650 Millersport Highway, Getzville, NY 14068. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2033-2034. - August 28, 2025
To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the relocation of the branch campus from 8141 Hull Street Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23235 to 101 Gateway Centre Parkway, Richmond, VA 23235 within the institution's scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when instruction commences at the new location and of the date that instruction ceases at the former location by email to [email protected]. To require written evidence of review, including but not limited to approval of or a determination that the entity has declined to review the transaction, from all outstanding required licensing, regulatory, or other legal entities as necessary, including the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia and the United States Department of Education. To require the submission of the updated Eligibility and Certification Approval Report (ECAR) reflecting the substantive change as soon as it is available by email to [email protected]. To note the Commission may rescind this action if instruction does not commence within one calendar year from the date of this action.
