To include the Bachelor of Science in Sports Psychology, Technology, and Performance Optimization within the institution's scope of accreditation for accreditation status. To note this is a significant departure from existing educational programs. To require immediate notification when the change is implemented by email to [email protected]. To note that written evidence of required approval has been provided, including the submission of the updated Eligibility and Certification Approval Report (ECAR). To require written evidence of review, including but not limited to approval of or a determination that the entity has declined to review the transaction, from all outstanding required licensing, regulatory, or other legal entities as necessary, including Florida Commission for Independent Education (CIE) by email to [email protected]. To note the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. To require immediate notification when instruction commences and of the date that instruction at the former additional location ceases.
