To include the second alternative delivery method-distance learning program (Master of Arts in Ecclesial Ministry) within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note that the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

    To acknowledge receipt of the monitoring report. To note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To reaffirm accreditation because the institution is now in compliance with Standard V (Educational Effectiveness Assessment) and Requirement of Affiliation 8. To request a monitoring report due March 1, 2020, demonstrating sustainability of implemented corrective measures, including but not limited to: (1) demonstrated and documented use of assessment results to improve educational effectiveness (Standard V and Requirement of Affiliation 8), and (2) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of assessment processes utilized by the institution for the improvement of educational effectiveness (Standard V and Requirement of Affiliation 8). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.
  • June 21, 2018
    To warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard V (Educational Effectiveness Assessment) and Requirement of Affiliation 8. To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To note further that federal regulations limit the period during which an institution may be in non-compliance to two years. To request a monitoring report due March 1, 2019 documenting evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance with Standard V and Requirement of Affiliation 8, including but not limited to (1) demonstrated and documented use of assessment results to improve educational effectiveness, and (2) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of assessment processes utilized by the institution for the improvement of educational effectiveness (Standard V and Requirement of Affiliation 8). A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. Upon reaffirmation of accreditation, the next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

  • November 21, 2013
    To accept the Periodic Review Report, to commend the institution on the quality of the PRR process, and to reaffirm accreditation. To request a progress report, due April 1, 2015, documenting further evidence (1) that adequate information systems are in place to support informed decision-making and planning (Standard 2); and (2) that assessment data are shared and discussed with appropriate constituents and used in institutional planning, resource allocation and renewal (Standard 7). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2017-2018.

To request that the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2013, provide further evidence that student learning assessment results are used to improve teaching and learning in all programs, including general education (Standards 12 and 14).
