To request a monitoring report due April 1, 2018, documenting evidence of (1) implementation of a documented, organized, and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve the total range of programs and services, including student support services (Standard 7); (2) the use of the results of ongoing assessment of student success, including but not necessarily limited to retention, that evaluates the match between the attributes of admitted students and the institution’s mission and programs, and reflects its findings in its admissions, remediation, and other related policies (Standard 8); and (3) further implementation of a documented, organized and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve student learning, including clearly articulated statements of expected student learning outcomes at all levels and for all programs, including General Education, with evidence that student learning assessment information is shared and discussed with appropriate constituents and is used to improve teaching and learning (Standards 11, 12, 14). The date for the next accreditation review will be determined by the Commission when it revises the accreditation cycle.
