    Corrected action of June 27, 2016. To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the second Post secondary Award/Cert/Diploma (=> 1 year, 2< years), Certificate in Geographic Information Systems, within the scope of the institution's accreditation.

    To acknowledge receipt of the monitoring report. To request that, beginning in 2020 and in conjunction with each Annual Institutional Update prior to the Mid-Point Peer Review in 2022, the institution provide further evidence of the effectiveness of all institutional policies and procedures and the manner in which they are implemented (Standard II). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the second Doctor's – Professional Practice program - Doctorate of Health Science in Health Sciences (D.H.Sc.) within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. To remind the institution of the Commission's request of June 22, 2017 for a monitoring report due April 1, 2019. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

    To reaffirm accreditation. To request a monitoring report, due April 1, 2019, documenting further steps taken to (1) develop a campus-wide grievance policy that is documented and disseminated to address complaints or grievances raised by students (Standard II); (2) ensure that faculty are reviewed regularly and equitably based on written, disseminated, clear, and fair criteria, expectations, policies, and procedures (Standard III); (3) periodically assess the effectiveness of a process by which students who are not adequately prepared for study at the level for which they have been admitted are identified, placed, and supported in attaining appropriate educational goals (Standard IV); and, (4) implement an assessment process with institutional objectives, both institution-wide and for individual units, that are clearly stated, assessed appropriately, linked to mission and goal achievement, reflect conclusions drawn from assessment results, and are used for planning and resource allocation (Standard VI). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

To include the additional location at 60 West Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA, 18018, provisionally within the scope of the institution's accreditation pending a site visit within six months of the commencement of operations. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at this additional location. In the event that operations at the additional location do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse.
