    To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To note the on-site evaluation visit by the Commission's representatives to the main campus at 1700 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130 on March 19-22, 2023. To note the following additional locations were visited: (1) 4725 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104; (2) 12901 Townsend Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154; and (3) 120 S. 30th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. To reaffirm accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2030-2031.

    To note that the Mid-Point Peer Review has been conducted and no further evidence is required at this time. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023.

    To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To remove the warning because the institution is now in compliance with Standard 14 (Assessment of Student Learning) and to reaffirm accreditation. To request a monitoring report due November 1, 2017, documenting further steps taken to ensure (1) appropriate professional development opportunities to assist faculty in the use of assessment results to improve teaching and learning; (2) evidence that student learning assessment results are linked to institutional effectiveness, budgeting, and strategic planning; and (3) the periodic evaluation of the effectiveness of the institution's student learning assessment process (Standard 14). The Periodic Review Report is now due June 1, 2020.

    To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To continue to warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that it is in compliance with Standard 14 (Assessment of Student Learning). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To request a monitoring report, due December 1, 2015, documenting evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain compliance with Standard 14 (Assessment of Student Learning). To request that the monitoring report include, but not be limited to, documentation of an implemented, organized, systematic, and sustainable process to assess the achievement of student learning goals in all programs that (1) uses multiple measures of sufficient quality to provide direct evidence of student achievement of key learning outcomes; and (2) provides clear evidence that student learning assessment information is used to improve teaching and learning (Standard 14). A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. The due date for the next Periodic Review Report will be established when accreditation is reaffirmed.
