    To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To note the on-site evaluation visit by the Commission's representatives to the main campus at 1 Campus Drive, Monaca, PA 15061 on March 26-March 29, 2023. To note the following additional location was visited: 125 Cessna Drive, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. To reaffirm accreditation. To request a supplemental information report, due September 5, 2024, providing further evidence of (1) the development and implementation of organized and systematic assessments that evaluate the extent of student achievement (Standard V) and (2) a legally constituted governing body that has sufficient diversity, independence, and expertise to ensure the integrity of the institution (Standard VII). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2030-2031.

To include the online Associates in Arts, Liberal Studies and the online Associates in Arts, Social Studies within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution of the request for a monitoring report, due December 1, 2016, documenting further implementation of an organized and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve institutional effectiveness as well as for all programs, including general education, with evidence that results are tied to planning and budgeting and are used to improve teaching and learning (Standards 7 and 14). The Periodic Review Report is now due June 1, 2019.

The Periodic Review Report is now due June 1, 2019.

To approve the reclassification of the instructional site at CCBC Washington Center at South Pointe, Bailey Center I, 125 Technology Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317 as an additional location and to include the location within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution of the warning that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standards 7 (Institutional Assessment) and 14 (Assessment of Student Learning). The March 1, 2015 monitoring report and small team visit will be acted on at the June Commission meeting.
