  • March 5, 2020
    To note that the Mid-Point Peer Review has been conducted and no further evidence is required at this time. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023.
  • April 30, 2018
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the additional location at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School, 1 Lincoln Park, Midland, PA 15059 within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at this additional location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023.
  • July 5, 2017
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the additional location at Western Area Career and Technical Center, 688 Western Avenue, Canonsburg, PA 15137 within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at this additional location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022 - 2023.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the contractual arrangement with Corporate Security and Investigations, Inc. within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022 - 2023.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the online Associates in Arts, Liberal Studies and the online Associates in Arts, Social Studies within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution of the request for a monitoring report, due December 1, 2016, documenting further implementation of an organized and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve institutional effectiveness as well as for all programs, including general education, with evidence that results are tied to planning and budgeting and are used to improve teaching and learning (Standards 7 and 14). The Periodic Review Report is now due June 1, 2019.

    To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To remove the warning because the institution is now in compliance with Standards 7 (Institutional Assessment) and 14 (Assessment of Student Learning) and to reaffirm accreditation. To request a monitoring report, due December 1, 2016, documenting further implementation of an organized and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve institutional effectiveness as well as for all programs, including general education, with evidence that results are tied to planning and budgeting and are used to improve teaching and learning (Standards 7 and 14). The Periodic Review Report is now due June 1, 2019.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To approve the reclassification of the instructional site at CCBC Washington Center at South Pointe, Bailey Center I, 125 Technology Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317 as an additional location and to include the location within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution of the warning that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standards 7 (Institutional Assessment) and 14 (Assessment of Student Learning). The March 1, 2015 monitoring report and small team visit will be acted on at the June Commission meeting.

To remind the institution of the warning that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standards 7 (Institutional Assessment) and 14 (Assessment of Student Learning). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To request a monitoring report, due March 1, 2015, documenting that the institution has achieved and can sustain compliance with Standards 7 and 14, including but not limited to the development and implementation of a comprehensive, organized, and sustainable assessment process to evaluate and improve student learning and institutional effectiveness in all units and all programs, including general education. A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. The due date for the next Periodic Review Report will be set when accreditation is reaffirmed.

A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. The due date for the next Periodic Review Report will be set when accreditation is reaffirmed.
