To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the additional location at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School, 1 Lincoln Park, Midland, PA 15059 within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at this additional location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023. - July 5, 2017
To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the additional location at Western Area Career and Technical Center, 688 Western Avenue, Canonsburg, PA 15137 within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at this additional location. To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the online Associates in Arts, Liberal Studies and the online Associates in Arts, Social Studies within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution of the request for a monitoring report, due December 1, 2016, documenting further implementation of an organized and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve institutional effectiveness as well as for all programs, including general education, with evidence that results are tied to planning and budgeting and are used to improve teaching and learning (Standards 7 and 14). The Periodic Review Report is now due June 1, 2019. - June 25, 2015

To remove the warning because the institution is now in compliance with Standards 7 (Institutional Assessment) and 14 (Assessment of Student Learning) and to reaffirm accreditation. To approve the reclassification of the instructional site at CCBC Washington Center at South Pointe, Bailey Center I, 125 Technology Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317 as an additional location and to include the location within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution of the warning that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standards 7 (Institutional Assessment) and 14 (Assessment of Student Learning).
