    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the relocation of the Excel Academy South (Camelot Schools) additional location 4641 Roosevelt Boulevard, Webster Building, Philadelphia, PA 19124 to Camelot Academy East, 422 North Front Street, Philadelphia, PA 19124 within the institution’s scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when instruction commences at the new location and of the date that instruction ceases at the former location. To note the Commission may rescind this action if instruction at this location does not commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023.

    To note that the Mid-Point Peer Review has been conducted. To request that the next self-study, in preparation for a visit in 2022-2023, provide further evidence of (1) strategies to address enrollment decline (Standard VI), and (2) improved financial viability and sustainability (Standard VI).

To request a monitoring report, due November 1, 2014, documenting (1) implementation of the new strategic plan with evidence that the plan is linked to budget and resource allocation (Standard 2); (2) a multi-year fiscal plan that includes a contingency plan to ensure adequate funds for unanticipated revenue shortfalls (Standard 3); (3) further evidence of an organized and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve the total range of programs and services, with use of assessment results in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation (Standard 7); and (4) further evidence of a documented, organized and sustained process to evaluate and improve student learning, with use of assessment results to improve teaching and learning (Standard 14). The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2018.

    To note the visit by the Commission's representative and to affirm inclusion of the following additional locations within the scope of the institution's accreditation: (1) Montgomery County Community College West Campus, 101 College Drive, Pottstown, PA 19464 and (2) Mastery Charter School Pickett Campus, 5700 Wayne Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144 . To remind the institution that the Commission previously requested that the self-study in preparation for the 2012-2013 evaluation visit address the assessment of student learning outcomes at these sites.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request and to include the following additional locations provisionally within the scope of the institution's accreditation: Montgomery County Community College West Campus, 101 College Drive, Pottstown, PA 19464 and Mastery Charter School Pickett Campus, 5700 Wayne Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144, pending a site visit to both locations within six months of commencing operations at these sites. To request that the self-study submitted in preparation for the 2012-13 evaluation visit address the assessment of student learning outcomes at these sites. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at these additional locations. In the event that operations at the additional locations do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2012-2013.
