To note the on-site follow-up visit by the Commission's representatives to the main campus at 100 College Drive, Allentown, PA 18104 on January 24-25, 2024. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2030-2031.

To include the written arrangement with TEL Education, LLC, 309 NW 13th St, Ste 103, Oklahoma City, OK 73103 to serve as a third-party provider of Dual Credit Academy (DCA) within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note that the Commission's approval does not include eligibility for Title IV, HEA programs. To require written evidence of approvals from all necessary licensing, regulatory, or other legal entities as necessary by email to [email protected]. To note that the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2030-2031.

    To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To note that the institution hosted a virtual site visit in lieu of an on-site visit in accordance with the United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 17, 2020. To reaffirm accreditation. To request a supplemental information report, due December 1, 2023, documenting (1) adequate and appropriate review and approval of student support services designed, delivered, or assessed by third-party vendors (Standard IV) and (2) demonstrated and documented use of assessment results to improve educational effectiveness (Standard V). To direct a follow-up team visit following submission of the supplemental information report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. To note the visit will also fulfill the verification requirements of the USDE guidelines. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2030-2031.
