To warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of a lack of evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard 10 (Faculty), Standard 13 (Related Educational Activities), and Standard 14 (Assessment of Student Learning). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To request a monitoring report due March 1, 2011, documenting evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance with Standards 10, 13, and 14, including (1) evidence of sufficient numbers of faculty and other professionals appropriately prepared and qualified for the positions they hold, with roles and responsibilities clearly defined; (2) the development and implementation of clear criteria for the appointment, supervision, and review of teaching effectiveness for part-time, adjunct, and other faculty consistent with those for full-time faculty; and (3) steps taken to reduce reliance on part-time faculty (Standard 10); (4) evidence that offerings at additional locations meet standards for quality of instruction, academic rigor, and educational effectiveness comparable to those of other institutional offerings (Standard 13); and (5) direct evidence of institutional and program-level student learning outcomes, with particular emphasis on graduate programs at all additional locations (Standard 14). To request that the monitoring report further provide (6) evidence of the effectiveness of site supervision at all additional locations in ensuring that their programs and services are of the same quality as those at the home campus (Standard 5 and 13). To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. To note that the next evaluation visit date will be set when accreditation is reaffirmed.
