    To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To reaffirm accreditation. To note the on-site evaluation visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at College Drive Oak Hills, Butler, PA 16003 on March 23-26, 2025. To note the following additional locations were visited: (1) 1100 4th Avenue, Ford City, PA 16226 and (2) 250 Executive Drive, Cranberry Township, PA 16066. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2032-2033.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the additional location at 3182 Innovation Way, Hermitage, PA 16148to other instructional site within the institution's scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when the change is implemented by email [email protected]. To note that the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. To note that the evaluation visit has occurred and will be acted on by the Commission at the June meeting.

To require written evidence of any licensing, regulatory, and legal requirements and documentation that they have been met, including but not limited to the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and United States Department of Education (USDE) by email to [email protected]. To require the submission of the updated Eligibility and Certification Approval Report (ECAR) reflecting the substantive change as soon as it is available by email to [email protected]. To note the Commission may rescind this action if instruction does not commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2024-2025.

To remind the institution of the Commission's request of June 27, 2017 for a progress report due April 1, 2019. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2024-2025.

To remove the warning because the institution is now in compliance with Standard 12 (General Education) and to reaffirm accreditation.     To warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard 12 (General Education). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To request a monitoring report, due March 1, 2017, documenting evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain compliance with Standard 12, including but not limited to direct evidence of student achievement of general education learning outcomes with evidence that results are used to improve student learning outcomes and are shared and discussed with appropriate constituents. To further request that the monitoring report document the full implementation of the academic program review schedule, including the systematic use of both direct and indirect measures to assess the achievement of student learning outcomes at the institutional and program levels, with evidence that results are used to improve student learning outcomes and are shared and discussed with appropriate constituents (Standard 14). A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. The date of the next accreditation review will be established when accreditation is reaffirmed.
