  • November 16, 2017
    To accept the Periodic Review Report and to reaffirm accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2021-2022.
  • June 26, 2014
    To accept the progress report. To request that the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2017, document further development and implementation of program outcomes assessment in the Associate of Arts in Neuroscience program.
  • November 21, 2013
    To accept the monitoring report and to note that a visit will not be conducted at this time. To remind the institution of the progress report due April 1, 2014, which is to demonstrate (1) further development and implementation of a comprehensive, organized and sustained process for the assessment of institutional effectiveness (Standard 7); and (2) further development and implementation of an organized and sustained student learning outcomes assessment process to evaluate and improve student learning (Standard 14) also include information regarding program outcomes assessment in the Associate of Arts in Neuroscience program. The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2017.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request and to include the Associate of Arts degree in Neuroscience within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To request that the progress report due April 1, 2014, which is to demonstrate (1) further development and implementation of a comprehensive, organized and sustained process for the assessment of institutional effectiveness (Standard 7); and (2) further development and implementation of an organized and sustained student learning outcomes assessment process to evaluate and improve student learning (Standard 14) also include information regarding program outcomes assessment in the Associate of Arts in Neuroscience program. To remind the institution of the Commission's request for a monitoring report, due September 1, 2013, documenting steps taken to strengthen collegial governance, including the results of the institution's examination of the current committee structure, clarification of the governance responsibilities of administration and faculty, and written policies outlining governance responsibilities of administration and faculty that are readily available to the campus community (Standard 4). A visit may follow submission of the report. The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2017.
