To request a supplemental information report, due June 30, 2023, providing information on the impact of the withdrawal of the complex substantive change request on the institution. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2027-2028.

To note that the evaluation visit has occurred and will be acted upon by the Commission in the June meeting.
