    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the other instructional sites at (1) Ballston Spa High School, 220 Ballston Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY 12020; (2) Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School, 88 Lakehill Road, Burnt Hills, NY 12027; (3) Mohonasen High School, 2072 Curry Road, Schenectady, NY 12303; (4) Niskayuna High School, 1626 Balltown Road, Niskayuna, NY 12309; (5) Scotia-Glenville Senior High School, 1 Tartan Way, Scotia, NY 12302; and (6) Clayton A. Bouton High School, 432 New Salem Road, Voorheesville, NY 12186 as additional locations and to include the locations within the scope of the institution's accreditation . The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations as an additional location. Operations at the additional locations must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2018-2019.

The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2014.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request and to provisionally include the additional locations at Center City, 433 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12305 and at Richmor Aviation, Schenectady County Airport, 19 Airport Road, Scotia, NY 12302 within the scope of the institution's accreditation pending site visits to the locations within six months of commencing operations at the sites. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at these additional locations. In the event that operations at these additional locations do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse. To remind the institution of the monitoring report, due October 1, 2012, documenting (1) implementation of the 2010-2015 strategic plan and the revised budget process, including evidence that planning is linked to budgeting (Standard 2); and (2) implementation of the institution-wide assessment plan, including evidence that assessment results are used to improve planning and budgeting and teaching and learning (Standard 7).
