To include the reclassification of the other instructional sites at (1) Ballston Spa High School, 220 Ballston Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY 12020; (2) Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School, 88 Lakehill Road, Burnt Hills, NY 12027; (3) Mohonasen High School, 2072 Curry Road, Schenectady, NY 12303; (4) Niskayuna High School, 1626 Balltown Road, Niskayuna, NY 12309; (5) Scotia-Glenville Senior High School, 1 Tartan Way, Scotia, NY 12302; and (6) Clayton A. Bouton High School, 432 New Salem Road, Voorheesville, NY 12186 as additional locations and to include the locations within the scope of the institution's accreditation . The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations as an additional location.
