To request a monitoring report, due September 1, 2018, documenting that the institution has achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance with Standards V (formerly Standard 14) and VI (formerly Standard 2), including but not limited to (1) development and implementation of a comprehensive institutional strategic plan that links long-range planning to decision-making and budgeting processes (Standard VI, formerly Standard 2); and (2) development and implementation of an organized and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve student learning and achievement of institutional goals (Standard V, formerly Standard 14).
