To request a supplemental information report, due December 2, 2024, providing further evidence of (1) student learning experiences that are designed, delivered and assessed by faculty (full-time or part-time) and/or other appropriate professionals who are qualified for the positions they hold and the work they do (Standard III); (2) orientation, advisement, and counseling programs to enhance retention and guide students throughout their educational experience (Standard IV); and (3) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of assessment policies and processes utilized by the institution for the improvement of educational effectiveness (Standard V) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). The next evaluation date is scheduled for 2029-2030.

The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2029-2030.

    To acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of October 31, 2023. To request a supplemental information report, due April 15, 2024, providing further evidence of (1) student learning experiences that are designed, delivered and assessed by faculty (full-time or part-time) and/or other appropriate professionals who are qualified for the positions they hold and the work they do (Standard II); orientation, advisement, and counseling programs to enhance retention and guide students throughout their educational experience (Standard IV); and (3) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of assessment policies and processes utilized by the institution for the improvement of educational effectiveness (Standard V) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines) To require that the institution complete and submit for approval, by April 15, 2024, a comprehensive, implementable teach-out plan for its Occupational Therapy Assistant program (Teach-Out Plans and Agreements Policy and Procedures). In accordance with Commission policy and federal regulations, the teach-out plan must provide for the equitable treatment of students to complete their education, if the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (AOTA) were to withdraw accreditation, and include any teach-out agreements that the institution has entered into or intends to enter into with another institution. The next evaluation date is scheduled for 2029-2030.
