To note the substantive change site visits occurred on May 16, 2019 to the additional locations at (1) AuSable Valley Central High School, 1273 Route 9N, Keeseville, NY, 12924; (2) Northeastern Clinton Central High School, 103 Route 276, Champlain, NY 12919; and (3) Peru High School, 17 School Street, Peru, NY 12972; and the information provided in the substantive change requests were verified. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2021-2022. - March 14, 2019
To note that the Mid-Point Peer Review has been conducted. To request that, beginning in 2019 and in conjunction with each Annual Institutional Update prior to the self-study visit in 2021-2022, the institution provide further evidence of improved financial viability and sustainability along with documented financial resources (Standard VI and Requirement of Affiliation 11). - July 2, 2018
To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the following other instructional sites as additional locations: (1) AuSable Valley Central High School, 1273 Route 9N, Keeseville, NY, 12924; (2) Beekmantown Central High School, 37 Eagle Way, Clintonville, NY 12992; (3) Champlain Valley Educational Services (CV-TEC), 1585 Military Turnpike Ext, Plattsburgh, NY 12901; (4) Northern Adirondack Central School, 5572 Route 11, Ellenburg, NY 12934, (5) Northeastern Clinton Central High School, 103 Route 276, Champlain, NY 12919; (6) Peru High School,17 School Street, Peru, NY 12972; and (7) Seton Catholic Central High School, 206 New York Road, Plattsburgh, NY 12903 and to provisionally include the locations within the scope of the institution's accreditation pending a site visit to three of these locations within six months of commencement of operations. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations as additional locations.
