  • March 16, 2022
    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request a supplemental information report, due May 2, 2022 addressing the recent action by the Federal Student Aid Office of the U.S. Department of Education which may have implications for current and future compliance with Standard IV: Support of the Student Experience. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023.

    To note that the Mid-Point Peer Review has been conducted and no further evidence is required at this time. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023.
  • January 4, 2019
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the second alternative delivery method program (Associate of Applied Science in Simulation and Game Development) within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023.

    Staff acted on behalf of the commission to request that, in lieu of the request of June 27, 2012 related to the 2018 Periodic Review Report and in conjunction with the 2019 Annual Institution Update, the institution provide further evidence of the development and implementation of organized and systematic program level assessments that evaluate the extent of student achievement (Standard V Education Effectiveness, formerly Standard 14). The next self-study evaluation is scheduled for 2022-2023.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request and to include the online Green Building Maintenance and Management AAS program within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution that the monitoring report, due April 1, 2015, should document (1) further implementation of the institutional planning and assessment processes, including incorporation in planning documents of assignment of responsibility for improvements, definition of decision-making processes and authority that facilitate planning and renewal, and prioritization of strategic initiatives (Standard 2); and (2) evidence that assessment results are regularly shared and discussed with appropriate constituents and used in institutional planning, resource allocation, and renewal (Standard 7). To further remind the institution that the Periodic Review Report, now due June 1, 2018, should document evidence of the assessment of program-level student learning outcomes in all programs (Standard 14).

To remind the institution of the monitoring report, due September 1, 2013, documenting that the institution has achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance with Standards 2 and 7, including but not limited to evidence of (1) continued development and implementation of the institutional strategic planning process, including evidence that the process is clearly communicated, provides for constituent participation, and includes realistic and measurable objectives and the assignment of responsibility for improvements (Standard 2), and (2) that assessment results are used to inform planning and budgeting (Standards 2 and 7).
