    To document receipt of the monitoring report noting that the report did not present evidence and analysis in a manner conducive to Commission review and necessitated extraordinary effort by the Commission representatives who performed the review. To note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To remove the warning because the institution is now in compliance with Standard 7 (Institutional Assessment) and Standard 14 (Assessment of Student Learning) and to reaffirm accreditation. To request a monitoring report, due September 1, 2015, documenting (1) the further implementation of an organized and sustainable assessment process to improve institutional effectiveness including analysis of the use of assessment information in budgeting, planning and resource allocation and to gain efficiencies in programs, services, and processes (Standard 7); (2) the periodic evaluation of the effectiveness and simplicity of CAPIE (Standard 7); (3) the further implementation of an organized, centralized and sustainable process to assess the achievement of expected student learning outcomes in all programs including analysis of the use of assessment results to improve teaching and learning (Standard 14); and (4) an enhanced role for faculty and academic administrators in assessing student learning and responding to assessment results (Standard 14). A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. The next evaluation visit is now scheduled for 2017 - 2018.

To continue to warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard 7 (Institutional Assessment) and Standard 14 (Assessment of Student Learning). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To request a monitoring report, due March 1, 2014, documenting that the institution has achieved and can sustain compliance with Standards 7 and 14, including but not limited to evidence of (1) the development and implementation of an organized and sustainable assessment process to improve institutional effectiveness with evidence that assessment information is used in budgeting, planning and resource allocation and to gain efficiencies in programs, services, and processes (Standard 7); and (2) an organized and sustainable process to assess the achievement of expected student learning outcomes in all programs with evidence that assessment results are documented and used to improve teaching and learning (Standard 14). A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. The due date for the next evaluation visit will be established when accreditation is reaffirmed.

In addition, to request that the monitoring report provide evidence of additional steps taken (3) to develop and implement updated institutional goals and objectives that are linked to mission and include clear assignment of responsibility and accountability (Standard 2); and (4) to improve the institution's long-term financial viability and the institution's sustainability (Standard 3). To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. To note that the due date for the next evaluation visit will be established when accreditation is reaffirmed.
