  • January 4, 2021
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the first Doctor's - Professional Practice, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note that written evidence of necessary approvals has been provided. To note that the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2021-2022.
  • August 27, 2018
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To relocate the additional location from the SUNY Brockport MetroCenter Extension Center, 55 St. Paul Street, Rochester, NY 14607 to Rochester Educational Opportunity Center, 161 Chestnut Street, Rochester, NY 14604. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at the new location and the closure of the old location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2021-2022.

    To accept the Periodic Review Report and to reaffirm accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2021-2022.
  • November 19, 2015
    To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To request that the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2017, further document evidence of an organized and sustained assessment process, in all programs including general education, that is used to improve student learning, with evidence that assessment information is used in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation (Standard 14).

To remind the institution of the monitoring report, due September 1, 2015, documenting further development and implementation of an assessment process that (1) evaluates the institution's overall effectiveness in achieving its mission and goals with evidence that assessment information is used in budgeting, planning, and allocating resources (Standard 7); and, (2) documents assessment results that provide sufficient, convincing evidence that students are achieving key institutional and program learning outcomes, including in educational offerings and general education (Standards 12 and 14). A Commission liaison guidance visit will be conducted to discuss the Commission's expectations. A visit may follow submission of the monitoring report. The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2017.

In the event that operations at the additional location do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse. To note that the monitoring report, due March 1, 2014, has been received and will be acted on at the June Commission meeting. The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2017.
