To note that the institution hosted a virtual site visit in lieu of an on-site visit in accordance with the United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 17, 2020. To reaffirm accreditation. To note that a verification visit is required by USDE guidelines and will be conducted within a reasonable period of time following the virtual site visit. Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request a supplemental information report, due September 15, 2021, addressing the institution's failure to submit evidence in conjunction with the Annual Institutional Update for 2021 as directed in the Commission action of April 18, 2018 (Accreditation Review Cycle and Monitoring Policy and Procedures). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2021-2022. - April 18, 2018
To accept the Periodic Review Report, reaffirm accreditation and commend the institution for the quality of the Periodic Review Report process. To request that, beginning in 2019 and in conjunction with each Annual Institutional Update prior to the Self-Study Evaluation visit in 2021-2022, the institution provide further evidence of (1) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of programs supporting the student experience (Standard IV), (2) organized and systematic assessments which evaluate the extent of student achievement of institutional and program level goals in all programs, including graduate and online programs (Standard V), and (3) an effective strategic planning process linked to assessment and resource allocation (Standard VI).
