The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at this additional location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.

To include within the scope of the institution's accreditation the relocation of the additional location from Stony Brook Manhattan - NYC, 401 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10016 to the SUNY College of Optometry, 33 West 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at the new location and the closure of the old location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next self-study evaluation is scheduled for 2023-2024.

To include provisionally the additional location at the Songdo Global University Campus, 187 Songdo-Dong, Yeonsu-Gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea 406-840 within the scope of the institution's accreditation pending a site visit within six months of commencing operations at the site. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at this additional location. In the event that operations at this additional location do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse.
